Reciepe :

Add 21/2 Cup (360 ml.) water in this flour (except packet) and prepare mixture till sugar mix & defer it for 5 minutes. Add 50 gm oil.
Stir it once again before use
At the time of Puting a plate, dissolve (condiments) of packet in half cup of water and add in to mixture. Stir it quickly & pour it on the oil plate. Put it to boil for twenty minutes.
Defer it for 10 minutes after Khaman is prepared and sprinkle two cups of water and cut into pieces.
Take 100 g oil for season and make it hot & put mustard seeds and green chilly then pour two cup of water in to season and pour on the "Khaman" evenly.

Dakor Gota

 
 
 
Reciepe :

Add 300 ml (11/2 Glass) of water in ready flour & stir well to prepare the mixture. For more taste add ginger, green chilly, little milk & oil.

(Khaman Instant Mix & Masala Pack. in powder form) Gram flour, sugar, Iodise Salt, Citric Acid, Sodium bicarbonate, Turmeric

Dahiwada / Menduwada Mix

 
 
 
Reciepe :

Stir well Four parts of Wada Mix and three parts of water.
Fry this mix in oil at low heat.
Remove them when they become golden brown. Mendu wada are ready
Drop Wada into the lukewarm water for about 7 minutes.
Squeeze out the water from Wada by pressing them between your two plam and drop. them in the cold and sweet curd. Dahi wada are ready.

Udad dal flour, Wheat Flour, Hydrogenated Vegetable oil, salt, Citric-Acid, Sodium Bi-carbonate.

Reciepe :

Add(600 M.l.) 2 Glass of Water, in MONA Mix and stir it well then before it only 30 minutes. Now from this ready paste (Kheera) you can make idli & khatta Dhokala as per your choice & test

Rice Flour, Udad Flour, Refindoil, Salt, crtric-Acid, Sodium-bi-cartbonate

Fasting Idli , Dosa , Dhokla Mix

 
 
 
Reciepe :

Add(600 M.l.) 2 Glass of Water, in MONA Mix and stir it well then before it only 30 minutes. Now from this ready paste (Kheera) you can make idli & khatta Dhokala as per your choice & test

Ingredients :

Rice Flour, Udad Flour, Refindoil, Salt, crtric-Acid, Sodium-bi-cartbonate

Handwa Mix (Spicy Cake)

 
 
 
Reciepe :

Pour 25g oil,2 cup (250 ml)water into this mix and knead to a soft paste.
Keep this paste aside for 10 minutes.
Heat 25 gms of oil and add mustard, Jeera, Dry red chilli, Bay leaf (Tamal Patra) into it and prepare a seasoning mix.
Add the paste into the seasoning mix and keep it on a low flame for 15 minutes.
Cover the mix with an inverted hollow dish.
Repeat the process for another 10 minutes by turning the mix upside down.
Handwa is now ready to serve hot.

Ingredients :

(Handwa Instant Mix In powder form) Rice, Udad dal, Tuvar dal, Xhana dal, lodised salt, Sugar, Turmeric, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Chillies, Garam Masala (Powder at curry leaves Bundiyan, Fennel Seeds, Black Pappers,Tajapatta, Clove Leaves)
Note : Green peas, Bottle gourd, onion, Garlic etc. can be mixed to make "Handwa" more tasty.

Reciepe :

Slowly & gently mix mona 100 gms. Basundi Powder in half liter hot boilem milk, keep on stirring till the powder gets dissolved. Boil the mixture for the minute, cool it for better cooling keep in refrigerator, delicious Basundi is ready to serve!

Sugar Powder, Skimmed Milk Powder, Mixed Dry Fruit Nuts, Cardamom contains permitted colour and approved flavour.

Gulab Jamun

 
 
 
Reciepe :

Add in parts 50-60 ml water to the Gulab Jamun Mix, kneading into a soft and smooth dough.
Tip! for richer jamuns, use fresh milk instead of water.
Apply ghee or oil on both the paims & then shape 20 round and smooth jamuns without cracks from the dough. Deep fry in ghee or oil on medium to low heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil.
Soak the jamuns in hot suger syrup for 30 minutes. Direction for preparation of sugar syrup : Prepare sryup by dissolving 300g. Sugar in 320ml water. Boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

Wheat Flour, Milk powder, hydrogenated vegetable oil, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, & permitted anti-oxidants E320.

Fasting Pakoda Mix

 
 
 
Reciepe :

Add water in ready flour & stir it ti prepare mixture. fry on less heat.

Ingredients :

WRajgira Sama Rice, Singoda Flour Sugar, Black Paper, Upwas Salt, Sodium-Bi-Carbonate.

Reciepe :

-> Take the powder in a vessel after removing the packet given inside.
-> Add 2-1/2 cup (360ml) water and prepare a soft paste. Keep this paste aside for 5 minutes.
-> Take the contents of the packet in a half cup (1/2) of water, mix it well and add it to the paste. Immediately stir this paste well and put it on a thali (plate) rinsed with film of oil.
-> Put this thali (plate) to steam for 20 minutes.
-> Remove the thali (plate) and allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Now sprinkle a cup of water over it and cut it into pieces.
-> Heat 100 gms. oil, put mustard seeds and green chilli. When hot, pour two cup of water into it,after boiling sprinkle it on ready "Khaman" to season.
-> Sprinkle clean coriander leaves and fresh coconut scrapings for better taste.
  Note :
150 ml. = One Cup.

Reciepe :

-> Take the instant-mix in a clean vessel and knead it well with 5 cups (750 ml.) pure water and keep the paste aside for at least 10 minutes.
-> Before frying the Wadas, add 20 ml. of water again and beat the paste well.
-> Now make small Wadas and deep fry them in normal temperature.
-> Keep these Wadas aside to cool for 2-3 minutes before dipping them in water at room temperature for 10 minutes.
-> Take adequate quantity of yoghurt (dahi) in a seperate vessel and beat/whip it well into a semi liquid paste, adding little sugar and a pinch of salt to taste.
-> Now take out the dipped Wadas from the water and press them between palms to remove water.
  -> Put these Wadas in a plate and pour prepared yoghurt (dahi) on it and garnish it with Red Chilli Powder,Jeera Powder,Chutney,coriander leaves etc. Dahiwada is ready for the serving.
